E-mail message from Janet Allen, President of the Homeowner’s Association of the Constitution Hills neighborhood to Zak Krebeck, Acting Director, Charles County Department of Planning and Growth Management.

 

Mr. Krebeck,

 

1.      There is new evidence that Constitution Hills will be directly effected:

 

“I know that construction traffic will not use Constitution Hills Drive, but I can tell you that the date on the plans that I have in my possession is January of 2004, and Constitution Hills Drive does in fact connect to Autumn Hills.  I received the plans from Meeker just last week, so it seems to me that he is moving forward to connect the two neighborhoods.  I am curious to how that has been overcome.”  -Timothy Hughes, resident of Constitution Hills.

 

2.      Is Constitution Hills Drive going to be effected by the proposed development of Autumn Hills?  If so, how?

 

3.      Is there a Commissioner’s session, Planning and zoning committee or meeting of some sort that we, the residents of Con. Hills, can attend in regards to the planning and development of Autumn Hills?  If so, when?

 

4.      What sort of recourse do residents have in the circumstance?
