crime watch meeting.
the following items were discussed:
- definition of neighborhood crime watch
- responsibilities of coordinators, block captains, and block watchers
- emergency phone numbers [i.e., (301) 932-222 for the la plata station] and how to report an emergency
- guidance on what to in case of suspicious situations

- "no trespassing signs" (teenagers jumping the fence problem)
